Terms & Conditions

Participation Agreement: By engaging in the Countrywide Fence Rental Program provided by Countrywide Fence Rental and utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the detailed rules and regulations outlined below.

Delivery and Pickup Times: We aim to deliver and pick up within 8 hours of the specified day, Monday through Friday. However, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical issues may cause variations in delivery times or dates. Should there be any delays, we will promptly notify you. For precise timing, it is recommended to request delivery for the preceding day.

Kindly note that specific pickup times are not designated; instead, pickups are scheduled on particular days. If a pickup is missed, we will promptly rectify the situation. If your scheduled pickup day coincides with a holiday, it may be rescheduled for the following day.

Equipment Care: While the equipment remains the property of Countrywide Fence Rental, customers are responsible for its care, custody, and control while at their location. Customers accept liability for any loss or damage to the equipment (excluding normal wear and tear or damage resulting from Countrywide Fence Rental handling) and its contents. Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Countrywide Fence Rental against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines, and liabilities arising from the customer’s use, operation, or possession of the equipment.

Inspection: Customers must inspect the fence within twenty-four (24) hours of completed installation. Any objections to or defects in the fence must be immediately communicated to Countrywide Fence Rental in writing. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the fence in its current condition. Countrywide Fence Rental will promptly address legitimate objections or defects upon receipt of notice.

Access: Customers are obligated to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Failure to do so may result in additional trip charges.

Disclaimer: Countrywide Fence Rental cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, sprinkler systems, curbs, lawns, walks, and wells. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Countrywide Fence Rental of any underground utilities that might be affected.

Excused Performance: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including strikes, labor trouble, riots, compliance with laws or government orders, acts of war or terrorism, inability to access, fires, and acts of God. Such failure shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.

Attorney Fees: In the event of a breach by either party, the breaching party shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the other party in any action brought to enforce this Agreement. If the customer fails to pay Countrywide Fence Rental all amounts due under this agreement, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to the amount due, any and all costs incurred by Countrywide Fence Rental as a result of such failure to pay, including reasonable attorney fees to the extent permitted by law.

Charges and Payment: Customers are required to pay Countrywide Fence Rental for cancellation fees and non-prepaid trip charges as outlined in the schedule of charges.

Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) before the scheduled service date are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may result in no refunds.

Customer Contract: If the requested service needs to be canceled, the customer must submit the cancellation request in writing via email. The customer is responsible for the full amount on any invoice not returned with a written request for cancellation.

Refunds: All refund, compensation, and/or credit requests must be made within 30 days of service completion. The issuance of any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Countrywide Fence Rental.

Site and Service Updates: Occasionally, email subscribers may receive information on website updates and urgent notices.
